Kale chips can be quite pricey when you grab them off the shelf. Known as the “King of Greens”, Kale is the most nutrients-sensed vegetable. It is high in antioxidants and beta carotene. All you need: 125g Kale leaves 2 teaspoons of Olive oil 1 pinch of salt Method: Preheat oven 160 degrees celcius. Wash and pat dry the kale leaves. Tip #01 – ensure you dry them thoroughly to get the crispy chips!  Spread the leaves on the baking try. Tip #02 – really spread them out so it’ll bake evenly. Drizzle the olive oil and sprinkle the salt. Bake the kale leaves at 160 degrees celcius for 10mins. *Be careful not to over bake the kale as it’ll get burnt. Enjoy!
